What if the guest doesn't fill in the form?

That's up to you. You send the link in your welcome message — the same practice you already use for check-in instructions. If the guest doesn't complete it, you see it in the dashboard and can remind them. Nothing forces the guest, but there's also no friction: the form takes less than 2 minutes on a phone.

Does the concierge need to install an app or create an account?

No. The concierge receives a simple email for every completed check-in. No account needed, nothing to install, no new system to learn. If they already check email, they're all set.

Is my guest data private and only mine?

Yes. Guest data goes directly to you and the building contacts you configured. Nobody else has access. We don't share data with third parties or platforms like Airbnb or Booking.

Does it work with self check-in and no physical concierge?

Yes. Many hosts use Huespify exactly this way: the guest arrives alone, fills the form on their phone, and you get the notification. If there's no concierge, simply don't set up that contact — only you receive the email.

What if the building doesn't use email?

Email is the only channel we use today to notify the building. If the concierge doesn't check email, it still works for you as the host: you get the notification and can forward it or inform the building as you prefer. We're evaluating WhatsApp notifications for a future version.
