These Terms of Service govern the use of the Huespify platform, operated by Chanium LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the state of Delaware, United States. By using the platform, you accept these terms in full.
1. Service description
Huespify is a digital check-in platform for short-term rental hosts. It generates a unique link per accommodation that guests use to register their details on arrival. Information is automatically sent to the building concierge and the host.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for accommodations you own or manage.
- Do not attempt to compromise platform security or access other users' data.
- Comply with applicable laws regarding guest registration.
3. Limitation of liability
Huespify acts as a technology intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy of guest-provided data or consequences of misuse. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the state of Delaware.
Huespify currently operates in Chile, Peru and Colombia, and complies with the applicable law of each of those countries. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable consumer or data protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence, nor your right to bring a claim before the competent courts or authorities of that country where such law so allows.
