At Huespify (operated by Depando SpA, Chile) we are committed to protecting the privacy of people who use our platform. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

• Hosts: full name, email address and password (hashed) when creating an account.
• Guests: full name, ID document number, email (optional), check-in/out dates, number of companions, and vehicle plate (optional). Provided voluntarily via the check-in form.
• Technical data: IP address and session data for security and diagnostics.

2. Use of data

• Notify the building concierge/administration about guest arrivals.
• Send check-in confirmation to the host and optionally the guest.
• Maintain the host's check-in history in their dashboard.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes. Guest data is shared only with the host and the building administration, and with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Resend) under data processing agreements.

4. Your rights
